Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate efficient patient flow to ensure a seamless outpatient experience and effective clinic operations.
- Perform nursing assessments and clinical procedures within scope of practice, including vital signs monitoring, venipuncture, specimen collection, and medication administration.
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record (Cerner) in a timely manner.
- Support physicians and allied health professionals during consultations, examinations, and outpatient procedures.
- Ensure compliance with M42 policies, infection prevention and control standards, patient safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide patient and family education on treatment plans, medications, procedures, and follow-up care instructions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), to support coordinated patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, incident reporting, and the effective management of clinical supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Valid medical license or eligibility from Department of Health (DOH).
- 1-3 years experience in an Outpatient Setting.
- Proven leadership and team lead experience.
- Strong critical‑thinking and decision‑making skills under pressure.
