A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Handling room reservations via phone, email, and online booking channels with accuracy and efficiency
- Providing guests with information about room types, rates, hotel facilities, and local attractions
- Processing new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
- Maximizing room revenue through upselling and promoting hotel services and packages
- Ensuring all reservation details are entered accurately into the property management system
- Maintaining effective communication with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and other hotel departments
- Monitoring room availability and assisting with inventory management
- Responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and reservation-related concerns
- Supporting the successful opening and ongoing operations of the hotel
What we need from you
- Previous experience as a Reservations Agent, Front Office Agent, or Guest Services Agent within a hotel environment, preferably with knowledge of hotel reservation or PMS systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Good understanding of hotel operations and revenue principles
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude
Fluency in English; additional languages will be an advantage
