Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Resident Supervision Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of construction supervision professionals on a unique infrastructure project, with a strong focus on MEP works and tunnel services fit-out.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead a team of approximately 30 construction supervision professionals
- Ensuring Client objectives of safety and quality are achieved by the contractor under supervision
- Ensuring Parsons meets its KPIs
- Issuing a daily diary to the FIDIC Engineer
- Ensuring contemporaneous records are maintained in support of the FIDIC Engineer's administration of the construction contract
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related construction discipline. A Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred.
- 15 years of experience in field construction is required.
- Prior experience of Construction Supervision
- Strong MEP experience, preferably involving tunnel services fit-out or similar projects.
- Prior experience as Resident Engineer would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC Red Book or Gold Book
- Strong technical knowledge in construction techniques and quality aspects of RC structures/foundations and/or Roads/Utilities and/or MEP/Municipal Facilities
- Prior experience leading mixed-discipline construction team of 30+ personnel
