Job Description
We are looking for a warm, polished, and guest-focused Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests.
What you’ll be doing:
- Warmly welcome and acknowledge guests upon arrival
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide a warm introduction to the dining experience
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of reservations, VIP guests, and special occasions
- Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth table management
- Respond to guest requests and enquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle guest feedback and concerns promptly, escalating when required
- Maintain a polished and welcoming reception area at all times
- Assist the restaurant team during busy periods to ensure seamless service
- Build positive relationships with guests and create memorable first impressions
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
- Warm, confident, and professional personality
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and welcoming in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Professional grooming and presentation
