Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and properly arranged at all times.
- Check on guests during service to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and efficiently.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Process bills and payments when required.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Comply with company policies and appearance standards.
Qualifications
- Open to Saudi and non-Saudi candidates.
- Previous experience as a waitress is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
