Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and service-driven Restaurant Supervisor – Arabic Speaker to join the team at our Greek / Mediterranean Restaurant
What you’ll be doing:
- Supervise the daily restaurant operation and ensure smooth service
- Lead, motivate, and support the team during each shift
- Ensure exceptional and personalised guest experiences
- Welcome and engage with guests, particularly Arabic-speaking guests
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally
- Ensure all service, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently maintained
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily priorities to the team
- Support training and coaching of team members
- Assist with staff scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and operational requirements
- Monitor restaurant supplies and assist with stock control
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
- Fluent Arabic and English communication skills
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities
- Excellent guest-service and communication skills
- Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
- Ability to work under pressure and lead by example
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills
