About the Role
As a Retail Curation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and managing retail vendors to create immersive, on-trend shopping experiences at live events. From emerging designers to artisanal creators and lifestyle brands, you’ll bring together a retail lineup that excites and connects with audiences.
You’ll work closely with the Curation Team Lead, event producers, and operations teams to ensure a seamless vendor journey—from onboarding to on-site delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Curate the Retail Mix – Source standout vendors that align with the event’s concept, theme, and target audience.
- Build Strong Partnerships – Develop relationships with local boutiques, international brands, and niche concept stores.
- Negotiate & Manage – Secure favourable vendor terms, pricing structures, and exclusivity where applicable.
- Deliver Seamless Execution – Oversee vendor setup, merchandising flow, and on-site coordination.
- Ensure Compliance – Manage contracts, licensing, and regulations for all retail activations.
- Create Great Guest Experiences – Ensure vendors offer quality products, exceptional service, and interactive touchpoints.
- Monitor & Improve – Track performance, gather feedback, and use insights to enhance future retail experiences.
About You

What You Need to Apply
✅ 3+ years’ experience in retail curation, brand partnerships, or event management
✅ Strong vendor network across fashion, lifestyle, and artisanal retail
✅ Fluent in English (spoken & written)
✅ Experience working with compliance, contracts, and retail regulations in the UAE
