Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the core retail CRM and operational ecosystem.
- Bridge the gap between process design and daily execution.
- Oversee the end-to-end partner lifecycle within internal systems.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
- Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
