Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed risk assessments to identify potential risks in project plans and execution.
- Develop risk management strategies and action plans to mitigate identified risks effectively.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk management practices into project workflows.
- Maintain comprehensive risk registers and ensure regular updates on risk status.
- Prepare and deliver risk analysis reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions to enhance risk awareness across the organization.
- Monitor changes in project scope and external factors that may introduce new risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and risk management tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
