الهدف من الوظيفة

متابعة والإشراف على تنفيذ أعمال الطرق وفق المخططات والمواصفات الفنية المعتمدة، والتأكد من جودة التنفيذ ومطابقته للمعايير المطلوبة، مع متابعة تقدم الأعمال والتنسيق مع فرق العمل والمقاولين.

المهام الرئيسية
الإشراف على تنفيذ أعمال الطرق ومتابعة مراحل العمل بالموقع
مراقبة تنفيذ طبقات الطرق والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات
متابعة أعمال الأسفلت والخلطات الإسفلتية وأعمال الرصف
التأكد من مناسيب الطرق والميول والأبعاد حسب المخططات
فحص المواد المستخدمة في أعمال الطرق والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات
متابعة أعمال الاختبارات الميدانية مثل الكثافة والدمك ومواد الرصف
متابعة أعمال المقاولين وفرق التنفيذ وتوجيههم حسب متطلبات المشروع
رصد الملاحظات الفنية والتأكد من معالجتها
إعداد تقارير العمل اليومية ونسب الإنجاز
متابعة الجدول الزمني والتأكد من سير الأعمال وفق الخطة
التنسيق مع المهندسين والاستشاريين والمختبرات والجهات ذات العلاقة
التأكد من تطبيق إجراءات الجودة والسلامة في موقع العمل
المشاركة في أعمال الاستلام والفحص النهائي لأعمال الطرق
المحافظة على السجلات والمستندات المتعلقة بأعمال الموقع

معرفة جيدة بأعمال تنفيذ وصيانة الطرق
قراءة وفهم المخططات الهندسية ومخططات الطرق
معرفة بأعمال الحفر والردم والتسوية والدمك
معرفة بأعمال الأسفلت والرصف وطبقات الطرق
القدرة على متابعة الاختبارات والفحوصات الميدانية
معرفة جيدة بالمواصفات والمعايير الفنية لأعمال الطرق
