Responsibilities
•Assist customers who enter the dealership, answer their questions and help them select vehicles that are suited to their needs •Follow Al Mulla's sales procedure in selling vehicles to prospective customers, i.e. 'Meet & Greet', 'presentation' and 'demonstration overcoming objection' etc. •Sell a minimum number of vehicles based on targets defined by Showroom Manager •Explain product features, performance and benefits to prospects and describe add-on optional features and equipment available for customers •Inform customers about latest promotions and discount schemes giving all the requisite details •Offer test drives to prospects and follow dealership procedures aimed at obtaining proper identification prior to test drive •Provide a comparative snapshot of credit facilities and schemes offered by various credit companies to customers and advise them on the best deal based on their requirements •Follow up with appraisers for details of customer vehicle value in case of trade in deals •Refer details of closed deals to Finance personnel and insurance firms along with requisite paperwork (insurance information, trade title, etc.) •Follow up with delivery personnel to ensure that sold vehicles are fully ready for customer delivery prior to customer arrival •Coordinate with showroom support staff for all key stages of the sales process from vehicle booking to delivery •Ensure that the customer understands all the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork while giving delivery of vehicle •Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize quality and efficiency of service repairs available in Al Mulla's Service Department •Follow up on all post delivery items to be sure that all customer expectations are met •Maintain a buyer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction •Participate in special promotion campaigns explaining features of models to prospective •Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories available and translate their benefits to customers
