Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a 2nd Engineer or similar role in the dredging industry.
- A valid Chief Engineer's license or equivalent certification.
- In-depth knowledge of marine diesel engines and mechanical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with dredging equipment and processes is preferred.
