Asas Makeen Real Estate Development & Investment is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect with a strong background in developing architectural concepts, preparing comprehensive architectural studies, and transforming ideas into innovative projects with a distinctive identity and professional visual presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study and develop architectural design concepts and innovative solutions.
- Prepare architectural studies, site analysis, and regulatory reviews.
- Develop projects from initial concept through final construction drawings.
- Create high-quality 3D models and interior/exterior renderings.
- Prepare architectural presentation boards and marketing material
- Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design.
- Strong ability to develop architectural concepts and creative design solutions.
- Proven experience in architectural studies and preparation of architectural drawings.
- Advanced proficiency in architectural design, 3D modeling, and rendering software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, or similar).
- Experience in residential, commercial, office, and mixed-use/service projects.
- Good knowledge of Riyadh Municipality regulations and the Saudi Building Code.

المهام الرئيسية:
- دراسة وتطوير الأفكار والحلول التصميمية المعمارية.
- إعداد الدراسات المعمارية وتحليل المواقع ومراجعة الاشتراطات والأنظمة.
- تطوير المشاريع من الفكرة الأولية وحتى المخططات التنفيذية النهائية.
- إعداد النماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد والإخراجات المعمارية الداخلية والخارجية بجودة عالية.
- إعداد لوحات العرض المعماري والمواد التسويقية الخاصة بالمشاريع.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال التصميم المعماري.
- قدرة عالية على تطوير الأفكار والحلول التصميمية الإبداعية.
- خبرة مثبتة في إعداد الدراسات والمخططات المعمارية.
- إتقان برامج التصميم والنمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد والإخراج المعماري مثل: Revit، AutoCAD، SketchUp، 3ds Max، Lumion، Enscape أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة في تصميم المشاريع السكنية والتجارية والإدارية والخدمية.
- معرفة جيدة باشتراطات أمانة منطقة الرياض وكود البناء السعودي.
