Job Description
- Lead and manage bridge maintenance, rehabilitation, and construction activities to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and engineering support to project teams, site engineers, and subcontractors.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, method statements, and work procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify technical challenges, and provide effective engineering solutions.
- Ensure all bridge works are executed in accordance with approved designs, quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Supervise inspection, repair, and maintenance activities for bridges and related structures.
- Review technical submissions, inspection reports, and project documentation.
- Support project planning, scheduling, resource management, and progress monitoring.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical updates to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, HSE requirements, and quality procedures.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate engineering records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Bridge Engineer / Senior Bridge Engineer in bridge maintenance, rehabilitation, or bridge construction projects in the UAE.
- Strong experience in bridge inspection, structural repairs, rehabilitation works, and maintenance activities.
- Proven experience working on major infrastructure projects in the UAE.
- Experience with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) projects will be highly preferred.
- Valid UAE Driving License with own car is mandatory.
