To analyze, document, and manage business requirements for fleet management and vehicle tracking solutions by translating customer, operational, and business needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, product management, design, development, and quality assurance teams to ensure solutions meet user expectations, operational needs, and business objectives while supporting successful product delivery and continuous enhancement.

- Business Requirements Elicitation & Analysis
- Gather and analyze business requirements from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to understand business needs and objectives.
- Identify business challenges, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into structured and actionable requirements.
- Fleet Management & Mobility Solution Analysis
- Analyze requirements related to vehicle tracking, fleet management, and mobility services.
- Evaluate operational processes involving trips, vehicle status, driver behavior, geofencing, maintenance, and fuel consumption.
- Identify system enhancements that improve operational performance and customer value.
- Ensure business requirements align with mobility product objectives and customer expectations.
- Requirements Documentation & User Stories
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, functional specifications, and supporting documentation.
- Define acceptance criteria, business rules, exceptions, and system behavior requirements.
- Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, testable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain and update documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
- Process Analysis & Use Case Development
- Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and use cases that represent operational and system processes.
- Analyze current and future-state processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Document process dependencies, business scenarios, and operational requirements.
- Support product and technical teams through clear process documentation.
- Reporting & Dashboard Requirements Management
- Define reporting, dashboard, and KPI requirements associated with fleet and mobility solutions.
- Document calculations, business rules, filters, and reporting dimensions.
- Collaborate with analytics and technical teams to ensure reporting requirements are implemented effectively.
- Validate reporting outputs against business expectations.
- Integration Requirements & Technical Coordination
- Document integration requirements involving APIs, tracking devices, telematics platforms, and external systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are reflected in integration solutions.
- Support discussions related to system interfaces, data flows, and external dependencies.
- Assist in validating integration outcomes against documented requirements.
- Product Backlog & Change Management Support
- Support the Product Manager in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Assess the impact of change requests, dependencies, and enhancement initiatives.
- Participate in backlog refinement and release planning activities.
- Ensure business priorities and customer requirements are reflected in product development plans.
- User Acceptance Testing & Feature Validation
- Develop user acceptance testing scenarios and test cases based on business requirements.
- Participate in feature validation and acceptance testing activities prior to release.
- Track testing outcomes, defects, feedback, and resolution activities.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed requirements and business expectations.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Academic and professional qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Years and Nature of Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Products, Product Development, Fleet Management Systems, Mobility Solutions, or related domains.
- Proven experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and process documentation.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Practical understanding of APIs, integrations, and system interaction requirements.
- Experience using SQL and Excel for analysis, validation, and business reporting activities.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with fleet management, vehicle tracking, telematics, IoT, transportation, mobility platforms, or SaaS solutions is preferred.
