Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To lead cost control activities across MEP contracting projects, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Develop and maintain project cost control systems and budgets for MEP packages.
● Lead monthly cost reporting, forecasting and variance analysis.
● Review and validate subcontractor and supplier cost data.
● Advise project management on cost risks and mitigation strategies.
● Support commercial close-out and final account preparation.
REQUIREMENTS
● 8+ years UAE/GCC experience in cost control within MEP contracting.
● Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
● Advanced proficiency in cost control software and MS Excel.
● Proven experience on large-scale MEP contracting projects.
● Degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
