Responsibilities
•Supervise site works and lead engineers and technicians. •Plan manpower, materials, and daily activities. •Check work as per drawings and specifications. •Monitor BOQ quantities, variations, and cost control. •Review quotations and technical documents. •Coordinate with civil, structural, and other teams. •Manage contractors and subcontractors. •Ensure work quality and HSE requirements. •Coordinate inspections, NCRs, snagging, and handover. •Prepare reports and update management. •Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors. •Solve site and technical problems.
