Jobs at this level are responsible for :
- Preparation all Offshore estimation for various Proposals within Contracts & Proposals Department
- Prepare & finalize Technical & Commercial inputs in consultation with Estimation Manager / Estimation Director Based on strategy meeting decisions.
Responsibilities
- Review tender documents to understand of project scope, specifications and execution requirements
- Develop Offshore construction cost estimates, including commercial and technical inputs, clarifications and qualifications
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and construction teams to collect and validate data for manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontracting inputs
- Provide input to project scheduling and resource planning
- Attend clarification meetings with clients to address technical and commercial issues
- Maintain updated knowledge of benchmarks, cost norms, productivity standards and market trends
- Ensure execution of estimation strategies, adherence to dept objectives and compliance with company HSE and quality standards
- Support the enhancement of estimation tools, norms, and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferably in Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent).
- Min. 08 years' experience in Offshore Construction Estimation in Oil & Gas Industry
