Summary
NEOM is seeking a Senior Manager to lead transformation across finance processes, governance and compliance. The role includes developing the financial systems architecture and implementation roadmap, leading systems transition initiatives, assessing system gaps, and improving finance processes and budget controls. Real estate development experience and extensive experience in a similar role at a large real estate company are mandatory.
