- Oversee the deployment, operation, maintenance, and utilization of cranes, excavators, dewatering systems, batching plants, concrete pumps, lifting equipment, and other construction plant to support station construction activities.
- Ensure high equipment availability and reliability through effective preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Manage equipment inspections, testing, certification, and statutory compliance requirements to ensure safe and legal operation.
- Monitor equipment performance, utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance KPIs to optimize productivity and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate plant allocation and logistics to meet construction schedules and operational priorities across multiple work fronts.
- Lead troubleshooting and rapid response to equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime and disruption to project activities.
- Supervise maintenance teams, operators, and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to manufacturer recommendations and project procedures.
- Ensure safe execution of lifting operations, crane activities, dewatering operations, and plant movements in accordance with approved lifting plans and HSE requirements.
- Manage spare parts, maintenance inventories, vendor support, and service contracts to ensure timely equipment support.
- Support commissioning, mobilization, demobilization, and replacement of major plant and machinery assets.
- Coordinate with construction, planning, and HSE teams to ensure equipment resources align with project requirements and productivity targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability, operational efficiency, and overall equipment performance while maintaining full compliance with project quality and safety standards.
