Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Senior Process Engineer in Abu Dhabi. The role involves process simulation studies, preparing heat and mass balance sheets, reviewing equipment and line sizing, and preparing or reviewing PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, calculations, reports, and operating manuals. The engineer will coordinate with project, discipline, and job engineers and provide engineering support during contract execution. A Bachelor of Technology (BTech) is required.

To liase with Job Engineers and other discipline Lead Engineers, Project manager & Project Engineering manger
Interface with Clients ( PEM/PE) Vendors (via PEM/PE or appropriate fellow JEs )
Performing / Review Simulation studies and developing Heat & Mass Balance sheet
•Review Sizing of Equipment, Instrument and Lines
•Preparation / Review of PFD, P&ID
•Preparation / Review of Datasheets for Rotating, Static and Instruments
•Estimation of Power load
•Preparation/ Review of Engineering documents, reports & Operating manual
•Preparation/ Review of SAFE Charts, Cause & Effect Diagram
•Review Flare, Blowdown & Depressurization calculations
•Review Performing Hydraulic calculation of network lines
To provide engineering support to Lead Engineers for contract execution.
•To be responsible for all the work with reference to a document/deliverables and/or activity assigned to him.
•To ensure that the documents/deliverables, generated, are in order before issuing it to others.
•To anticipate and discuss any potential delays and problems, if a with the Lead Engineer
•To co-ordinate with the fellow Job Engineers and Lead Engineers for smooth progress of the contract
•To provide inputs as and when required to the relevant disciplines and to designers
•To identify the inputs required for Need list and Hold list and update
