Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

Job Summary

We are hiring on behalf of our client for a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join their team in a fully remote role.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of professional UI/UX or Product Design experience and a strong ability to transform business and user needs into intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences.

In this role, you will take ownership of the design process from discovery and user flows through wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and product delivery, while working closely with product, business, and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from initial concepts and user flows through to high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes.
• Translate complex business and product requirements into intuitive, user-centered design solutions.
• Create high-quality wireframes, user flows, journey maps, visual designs, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, UI components, and style guides.
• Use Figma to create and communicate high-quality design solutions.
• Develop UI/UX strategies aligned with product objectives, user needs, and the overall brand vision.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are effectively implemented and delivered.
• Take ownership of design decisions and clearly communicate the rationale behind them.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external designers to ensure a consistent and high-quality digital experience.
• Support UX research, usability testing, and user behavior analysis to inform design decisions.
• Leverage product analytics and data to identify usability issues, understand user behavior, and improve product experiences.
• Iterate and optimize designs based on research, analytics, user feedback, and business requirements.
• Ensure consistency across typography, visual design, interaction patterns, and overall product experience.
• Contribute to establishing and improving UX/UI best practices within the product team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX and product design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Hands-on experience building or working with design systems and reusable UI components.
• Experience with Process/Journey Mapping.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, UXCam, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of data analysis and data-driven design.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives and user needs into practical design solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong creativity and structured problem-solving skills.
• High level of ownership, dedication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams across different functions and potentially different time zones.
• Arabic: Native proficiency.
• English: Professional proficiency.
