What Will You Do❓
- Define and execute the product strategy for Foodics ERP across the Middle East and Egypt.
- Build an AI Native ERP platform deeply integrated with the Foodics Financial Services ecosystem.
- Ensure the product supports end-to-end financial workflows for restaurants, from transaction capture to financial reporting.
- Design ERP workflows compliant with regional tax authorities, including:
- ZATCA (Saudi Arabia)
- UAE VAT regulations
- Egyptian Tax Authority
- Other regional compliance frameworks.
- Ensure the system supports VAT, e-invoicing, and regulatory reporting requirements across markets.
- Develop AI-driven automation rules for bookkeeping and reconciliation to minimize manual finance tasks.
- Enable AI-powered categorization of transactions from POS, payments, and expenses.
- Design smart, AI Native ERP workflows tailored for restaurant operations.
- Ensure seamless integration with:
- Foodics POS
- Foodics Payments
- Inventory & purchasing
- Payroll and expenses
- Banking integrations
- Build APIs and integrations with external financial systems where necessary.
- Translate product vision into roadmaps, PRDs, and execution plans.
- Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and financial experts.
- Prioritize features based on customer value, regulatory requirements, and scalability.
- Conduct market research on regional ERP solutions and regulatory environments.
- Gather feedback from accountants, restaurant operators, and finance teams.
- Identify opportunities to simplify financial workflows for SMEs and enterprise restaurant groups.
What Are We Looking For❓
- 5-6 years of experience in Product Management; prior ERP experience is a must, and Fintech experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience building products with tax compliance or regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to work with complex financial workflows and automation systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, and finance.
