QatarEnergy is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in Doha to provide project engineering and management for the Gas Compression Platform of the BH Redevelopment Project. The role requires at least 12 years of experience in engineering, project management and execution of major offshore oil and gas EPIC projects. Candidates should have experience with process or gas compression platforms involving jackets, topsides, bridges and appurtenances, and hold a B.Sc. in an engineering discipline. Primary Purpose of the Job
To provide project engineering and management for Gas Compression Platform of BH Redevelopment Project, in accordance with QatarEnergy Project Management Framework
Required Experience and Skills
- A minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in engineering, project management and execution of major EPIC projects in Offshore oil & gas.
- Specific work experience in execution of Process/Gas Compression Platform involving Jacket, Topside, Bridges and Appurtenances.
- Effective communication (presentation, report writing, and management of meetings) skills.
Educational Qualifications
- B.Sc. in an Engineering discipline from a recognized University; higher degree would be advantageous.
- Membership in a recognized professional engineering/project management association/institution will be an added advantage.
