We are seeking an experienced engineer to ensure soil and concrete works comply with technical specifications and approved inspection and test plans, across real estate development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Hold Points, and acceptance criteria
- Follow up on boring, excavation, backfilling, and compaction works, and review soil test results
- Monitor concrete pour permits and verify site readiness prior to execution
- Oversee concrete quality during supply, pouring, and curing
- Follow up on fresh and hardened concrete tests, including compressive strength results
- Inspect concrete elements after formwork removal, and monitor and follow up on defect remediation
- Document inspection results and prepare quality reports through approved systems
- Provide technical support to the quality team on soil, concrete, and laboratory works
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Valid professional classification from the Saudi Council of Engineers
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction projects, soil and concrete works, and testing, including at least 4 years in project quality control
- Prior work experience within Saudi Arabia in real estate development or contracting projects
- Experience dealing with accredited laboratories, concrete suppliers, and excavation/backfilling contractors
- Proficiency in digital systems and quality management systems
Preferred:
- Certifications or courses in quality management systems
- Specialized courses in soil and concrete testing

- متابعة تصاريح الصب والتحقق من جاهزية الموقع قبل التنفيذ
- مراقبة جودة الخرسانة أثناء التوريد والصب والمعالجة
- متابعة اختبارات الخرسانة الطازجة والمتصلدة، بما في ذلك نتائج مقاومة الضغط
- فحص العناصر الخرسانية بعد فك الشدات، ورصد ومتابعة معالجة العيوب
- توثيق نتائج الفحص وإعداد تقارير الجودة عبر الأنظمة المعتمدة
- تقديم الدعم الفني لفريق الجودة في أعمال التربة والخرسانة والمختبرات
المتطلبات:
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية
- تصنيف مهني ساري من الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في المشاريع الإنشائية وأعمال التربة والخرسانة والاختبارات، منها 4 سنوات على الأقل في ضبط جودة المشاريع
- خبرة عملية سابقة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية في مشاريع التطوير العقاري أو المقاولات
- خبرة في التعامل مع المختبرات المعتمدة، موردي الخرسانة، ومقاولي الحفر والدفان
- إجادة استخدام الأنظمة الرقمية وأنظمة إدارة الجودة
يُفضّل:
- شهادات أو دورات في نظم إدارة الجودة
- دورات متخصصة في اختبارات التربة والخرسانة
