We’re looking for an accomplished Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial judgement, proven consultancy experience and the confidence to advise clients throughout the project lifecycle.
About you
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in quantity surveying and commercial management, with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects across multiple sectors.
- MRICS qualified with current professional membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS); chartership is essential.
- Experience delivering projects within the aviation sector is essential, while exposure to residential developments would be advantageous.
- Strong consultancy, cost management, and valuation expertise, coupled with excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and advisory skills.
- Demonstrated exposure to aviation projects; experience within the residential sector would be an advantage.
- Proven leadership and commercial acumen, with the ability to lead project deliverables, manage multidisciplinary teams, influence key stakeholders, and drive successful project outcomes.
