Responsibilities
- Business Acquisition & Growth
- Originate new LRD transactions by identifying prospects and converting leads into active clients.
- Achieve portfolio growth targets as per annual business plan.
- Client Relationship Management
- Deepen existing relationships by offering customized financing solutions and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
- Credit and Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to credit policies, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the credit team to structure transactions with acceptable risk profiles.
- Market Intelligence and Strategy Execution
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and risks.
- Contribute to product enhancement and pricing strategy.
- Profitability and Asset Quality
- Monitor portfolio health, delinquencies, and renewals to maintain asset quality.
