STE (Finacle LMS Conventional) • 5+ years of testing experience into Banking. • Strong hands-on experience in Finacle 11, Retail Loans, SQL, test data preparation, and end-to-end functional testing. • Good knowledge of banking / Retail Loans processes such as demand generation, repayment, deferment, fees, settlement, rescheduling, write-off, and disbursement. • Experience with defect management, execution reporting, and test repository maintenance. • Ability to work independently with minimal KT and coordinate directly with stakeholders for clarifications. Additional Required Skills: • Hands-on experience in Finacle 11 Retail Loans functional manual testing covering conventional and Islamic loan lifecycle scenarios. • Ability to validate end-to-end loan flows including onboarding, disbursement, repayment, deferment, settlement, rescheduling, write-off, fees, profit/interest calculation, and accounting entries.
