Overview of the role
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to be the primary point of contact for customers throughout their service journey. In this role, you will assess customer requirements, translate technical concerns into clear repair instructions, coordinate with workshop teams, and ensure repairs are completed to the expected quality and timeframe.
Success in this position requires strong automotive aftersales experience, the ability to manage repair orders efficiently, excellent customer communication skills, and confidence working with dealer management systems in a dealership or authorised service centre environment.
What you will do
- Welcome customers and accurately understand their vehicle concerns and service requirements.
- Document customer concerns and prepare detailed repair orders for workshop execution.
- Provide clear explanations of recommended repairs, costs, and expected completion times.
- Coordinate closely with workshop teams to monitor vehicle progress and ensure timely completion.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding repair status, additional work requirements, and delivery commitments.
- Verify completed work against repair orders and invoices before vehicle handover.
- Deliver vehicles to customers, explaining completed repairs and associated charges.
- Promote relevant service offerings and maintenance solutions in line with customer requirements.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently to achieve high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with dealership aftersales processes and standards.
Required Skills to be successful
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar Service Advisor or aftersales role within an automotive dealership or authorised service centre.
- Hands-on experience using a dealer management system in an automotive aftersales environment.
- Experience preparing and managing repair orders, service estimates, and customer vehicle handovers.
- Valid UAE driving licence with the ability to move and test customer vehicles when required.

- Ability to identify and understand vehicle technical concerns and communicate them effectively to workshop teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
