As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for.
- Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our core values , and non-negotiables and our cultural pillars
- Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon
- Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in job cycle management across organizational boundaries
- Reviewing of the job planning, Equipment preparation and people readiness.
- Working with I&S Project Managers and / or other PL’s SDC on X-PL critical tasks within a job.
- Prompting escalation of issues that can impact service delivery
- Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash
- Coordinating with field crews to manage any requirements / mobilizations during the job at the customer well site/location
- Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans
- Assisting other Service Delivery Coordinators with Peer Reviews.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, regulations and ISO and API requirements.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant, related subject.
- Have more than 10 years of experience in oil field services
- Have 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating a proven track record in managing customer relationships throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to contract execution, with responsibility for financial and operational performance
- Have previous technical experience in Coil Tubing field.
- Demonstrate prior business ownership (HSE - financial - Service Delivery)
- Demonstrate experience of leadership, mentoring and developing teams in global matrix environment
- Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems
- Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
- Have experience in the Middle East.
