We are looking for a creative, digitally savy and commercially minded Social Media & Content Creator to join our marketing team. This hands-on role will bring the resort brand to life across social and digital channels through engaging storytelling, high-quality photography, videography and short-form content.
You will manage the content calendar, create and publish social media content, capture the energy and experiences of the resort, and work closely with different departments to uncover stories and opportunities worth sharing. You will also monitor social performance, stay ahead of trends and use insights to continually improve content and engagement.
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Plan, create, schedule and publish engaging, on-brand social media content.
- Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing priorities.
- Capture and edit photography, videography, Reels and short-form social content.
- Collaborate with the resort departments to identify guest experiences, promotions, events and storytelling opportunities.
- Manage day-to-day social media engagement and support the resort's social media strategy.
- Track performance, audience insights and competitor activity and turn findings into recommendations.
- Stay current with platform developments, social trends and emerging content formats.
- Write and edit compelling copy for social media, web and email campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 2 years of relevant marketing, social media, digital marketing or content creation experience preferred.
- Strong photography and videography skills, including editing for social-first formats.
- Creative storyteller with strong writing and communication skills.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how content supports marketing objectives.
- Confident using social media platforms and digital tools.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Fluency in English is a must (Arabic is a plus)
