Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Executive to drive Valeo Health’s digital presence in Qatar. This role will be responsible for executing localized social media strategies, creating engaging content, and supporting growth initiatives while ensuring alignment with brand credibility and regulatory standards. You will work closely with growth, content, and design teams to build a strong, trusted voice in the health and wellness space.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Execution
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, etc.)
• Develop and write engaging content in Arabic (primary language) and English
• Adapt global brand messaging to resonate with the Qatar audience
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually engaging assets
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and local health regulations
Campaigns & Growth
• Support execution of seasonal, promotional, and product campaigns
• Assist in influencer collaborations and community engagement initiatives
• Identify trends and opportunities relevant to the Qatar market
• Contribute to ideation of culturally relevant and viral content in Arabic
Analytics & Optimization
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)
• Generate regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations
• Continuously optimize content strategy based on performance data
Market Research
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends in health & supplements
• Provide insights on local consumer behavior and Arabic content preferences
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends in Qatar
- Understanding of local cultural nuances and regulatory considerations in Qatar
- Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) – Mandatory
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual sensibility
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in health, wellness, or supplements industry
- Experience in influencer marketing within the Qatar market
- Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, analytics tools)
