Emirates Woman, a leading luxury women’s and fashion brand, is seeking a creative and digitally fluent Social Media Executive to help grow its digital presence. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, beauty, luxury, women’s stories, and the region’s evolving creative landscape. The successful candidate will create and manage social-first content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts, translating editorial stories into engaging digital experiences. Working closely with editorial, fashion, beauty, commercial, and video teams, the Social Media Executive will create, schedule, publish, and analyse content to drive audience engagement, strengthen brand identity, and support editorial and commercial objectives. Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of Emirates Woman’s social media strategy across key platforms. Create, schedule, and publish engaging social-first content, including Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, and short-form videos. Manage the social content calendar, ensuring alignment with editorial features, covers, campaigns, events, and key cultural moments. Write compelling, on-brand captions and adapt editorial content into platform-native storytelling. Edit video content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar. Collaborate with editorial, fashion, beauty, commercial, and video teams to promote content and campaigns. Capture and create content at shoots, events, launches, and interviews. Monitor social trends, audience engagement, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Track performance metrics and use insights to optimise content and support audience growth. Support the delivery of branded content and partnerships, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule. Requirements Required Skills ● Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts ● Short-form video editing skills, ideally using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, Premiere Rush, or similar ● Ability to write clean, engaging captions and social headlines ● Basic understanding of social analytics and performance tracking ● Good eye for luxury visuals, fashion imagery, beauty content, and editorial layout ● Knowledge of current fashion, beauty, culture, and lifestyle trends ● Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a social content calendar ● Excellent written English; Arabic is a plus but not essential ● Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social scheduling tools Motivate Media Group is the region’s leading multi-platform content producer with a diverse portfolio of media interests comprising magazines, digital, social, video, exhibitions and events, cinema and books.
