Responsibilities
1. Own the day-to-day management of Keeta's social channels in Saudi Arabia, including TikTok, Instagram, X and Snapchat. Plan and create social-first content that feels fresh, local and relevant to Saudi audiences.
2. Work closely with Marketing, In-app, Sales and other internal teams to understand business priorities and translate key initiatives into effective social campaigns and content.
3. Understand both social and business KPIs, ensuring social activities support broader marketing and business objectives - not just engagement.
4. Turn in-app marketing moments, local trends, food culture and cultural occasions into creative social ideas that drive both conversation and business impact.
5. Manage the community management agency, ensuring timely, consistent and on-brand engagement with our social community.
6. For urgent or sensitive cases, coordinate closely between external agencies and internal teams to ensure fast escalation and resolution.
7. Be hands-on in content production and shoots, working with creative teams, agencies and creators from concept development through on-set execution.
8. Track performance, audience insights and social trends, continuously optimizing content and identifying new opportunities for Keeta.
Requirements
1. 3-5 years of social media experience, with hands-on experience managing official brand accounts in Saudi Arabia.
2. Strong understanding of the Saudi social media ecosystem, culture and consumer behavior.
3. Creative and social-native - you have strong internet instincts and know what makes content worth watching, sharing and talking about.
