What you will do
- Assist in daily kitchen management and staff supervision.
- Execute and maintain menu quality and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and develop new dishes.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance skill levels.
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock control and ordering.
- Ensure consistent food preparation in line with luxury hospitality standards.
- Support maintaining efficient kitchen workflows during service hours.
