Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all spa public areas, relaxation rooms, and changing areas.
- Provide refreshments, prepare spa towels, and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure all spa equipment is clean, safe, and in good working condition.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and equipment defects to the Spa Manager or Supervisor.
- Update the maintenance logbook and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including fire safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues while maintaining a professional appearance.
- Handle emergencies calmly and report incidents promptly.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in spa operations, housekeeping, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
