Job Description
We are currently seeking a Spa Therapist to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a variety of massage and relaxation treatments in accordance with established standards.
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a relaxing and professional spa experience from start to finish.
- Assess guest needs and recommend suitable massage or wellness programs.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a peaceful atmosphere in all spa areas.
- Manage daily appointment schedules efficiently to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all spa products, supplies, and equipment are stocked and properly maintained.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the Health Club & Wellness team to promote spa offers and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy or Spa Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a hotel or luxury spa environment.
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques and wellness principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Good physical stamina and professional appearance.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
