Job Description
Manage the overall operations of the Hypermarket / Supermarket, ensuring high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and organization.
Lead, motivate, and supervise store employees, providing guidance and training as needed.
Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and product displays.
Monitor sales performance and take action to meet or exceed targets.
Ensure the store meets all health, safety, and legal compliance standards.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Handle employee scheduling, performance evaluations, and team building.
Develop and implement promotional strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
Maintain effective communication with suppliers and vendors.
Regularly analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail Hypermarket / Supermarket.
