Job Purpose
Oversee and direct the daily activities, schedules, inventory, and distribution of materials and tools.
Accountabilities
Oversees receipt and verification of incoming shipments; ensures materials are unloaded, stored, and verified according to policy.
Ensures that an accurate inventory record is maintained in accordance with established procedures.
Ensures orderly storage of incoming shipments; maintains detailed records of available products and their storage locations.
Communicates results of inventory reviews to manager; collaborates with manager to schedule future shipments.
Delegates fulfillment of customer orders to staff; maintains inventory database when orders are fulfilled.
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in a relevant field.
Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Customer service skills.
Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
Effective time management.
Good product knowledge.
Negotiation skills.
Results-driven approach with a focus on meeting customer expectations.
