توجيه الطلاب: يقوم المرشد الطلابي بتوجيه الطلاب في اختيار مساراتهم الأكاديمية ومساعدتهم في تحديد أهدافهم الشخصية والمهنية. يقدم المشورة والإرشاد حول الدروس والبرامج الأكاديمية والتعليم العالي والمهن. دعم الطلاب الاجتماعي والعاطفي: يقدم المرشد الطلابي الدعم الاجتماعي والعاطفي للطلاب، ويساعدهم في التعامل مع التحديات الشخصية والعلاقات الاجتماعية. يعمل على تعزيز مهارات التواصل والتعاون وحل المشكلات لدى الطلاب. التوجيه الأكاديمي: يساعد المرشد الطلابي الطلاب في التخطيط للدروس واختيار المواد الدراسية المناسبة وفقًا لاهتماماتهم وقدراتهم. يقدم المشورة حول استراتيجيات الدراسة وتطوير مهارات التعلم والتحصيل الأكاديمي. مساعدة الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة: يعمل المرشد الطلابي على دعم ومساعدة الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وتقديم التوجيه والدعم اللازم لهم. يتعاون مع المعلمين وأولياء الأمور والمختصين لتلبية احتياجات الطلاب وتوفير الدعم المناسب لهم. التواصل مع أولياء الأمور: يلعب المرشد الطلابي دورًا هامًا في التواصل مع أولياء الأمور وتقديم المعلومات والمشورة لهم بشأن تطورات أبنائهم الأكاديمية والسلوكية والاجتماعية. التوعية والتثقيف: يقوم المرشد الطلابي بتقديم برامج توعوية وتثقيفية للطلاب حول قضايا هامة مثل الصحة النفسية، الوقاية من المخدرات والإدمان، التحصيل الدراسي، العنف المدرسي، التعامل مع الصعوبات التعليمية، وغيرها من المواضيع ذات الصلة. التعاون مع فريق المدرسة: يعمل المرشد الطلابي بشكل وثيق مع المدير والمعلمين والإدارة المدرسية الأخرى لتحسين بيئة التعلم والتعاون داخل المدرسة. يشارك في اجتماعات الفريق التربوي ويساهم في تطوير البرامج والسياسات المدرسية. تقييم ومتابعة الطلاب: يقوم المرشد الطلابي بتقييم ومتابعة تقدم الطلاب وتحصيلهم الأكاديمي وسلوكهم. يستخدم أدوات التقييم المناسبة لتحليل البيانات وتقديم توصيات لتحسين أداء الطلاب ومساعدتهم على تحقيق أهدافهم. التعاون مع المجتمع المحلي: يشارك المرشد الطلابي في التعاون مع المجتمع المحلي، بما في ذلك المؤسسات الأكاديمية والمهنية والمجتمعية، لتوفير فرص وخدمات إضافية للطلاب وتعزيز صلة المدرسة بالمجتمع.
