What you'll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible for the repair of all uniforms, linen and any other items and to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- You will assist guest on request for any tailoring items
- You will assist the Valet team to sew any buttons and repair any small damage.
- You will issue new colleagues with uniforms, adjust as required, label and order as necessary.
- You will be responsible for assisting in issuing and collecting uniforms based on department and employee uniform number.
- Check all items to ensure they are clean, stain free, not damaged.
- Provide assistance for laundry, linen room as required.
- Issue new uniforms as new employees arrive, ensure they sign and all sets are issued according to standard.
- Ensure all paperwork is up to date, and monthly reports are prepared for all uniforms sent out.
- Completes inventories of uniforms and updates on any missing, damaged, stained items.
- Highlight any deficits not returned from the laundry and any stained or discarded items.
- Ensure follow up on all outstanding items to be delivered.
- Keep all areas clean and tidy and stocked correctly.

- Previous experience at least for 3 years’ experience in luxury hotel field.
- You will have a high school education and bring your past experience working for luxury hotels.
