We are looking for an experienced Technical Office Manager – Civil to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing technical office activities from the Consultant side, with solid expertise in civil engineering, shop drawing and design review, technical submissions, and multidisciplinary coordination. The candidate will be responsible for leading the Technical Office team, reviewing technical documents and engineering submissions, coordinating Civil, Architectural, and MEP disciplines, and ensuring that all technical deliverables comply with project requirements, specifications, codes, and approved drawings. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience. Strong experience in Technical Office Management, preferably with an engineering consultancy/consultant. Extensive experience in reviewing shop drawings, design calculations, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents. Strong knowledge of Civil and Architectural works and MEP coordination. Mandatory strong BIM knowledge and practical experience, including model review and clash detection. Experience in handling RFIs, technical queries, NCRs, SORs, and technical correspondence. Good knowledge of Saudi Building Code and relevant international standards. Experience in major commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, or large-scale building projects is preferred. Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines. Immediate availability or ability to join at the earliest is preferred.
