Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Thai Spa Therapist to join our wellness team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha. In this role, you will deliver authentic Thai massage treatments to our diverse clientele, creating a serene and rejuvenating experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client care. You will be instrumental in helping our guests achieve relaxation, stress relief, and overall wellness through traditional Thai therapeutic techniques.

• Perform traditional Thai massage treatments using proper techniques, pressure points, and body mechanics to ensure client comfort and therapeutic benefits
• Assess client needs and preferences prior to each session, customizing treatments to address specific concerns or health considerations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment environment that promotes relaxation and wellness
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their expectations, provide recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the treatment
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper sanitation of equipment and treatment areas
• Manage time efficiently to ensure sessions begin and end on schedule while maintaining the quality of service
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals
• Collaborate with team members and management to support a cohesive spa environment
• Stay current with industry best practices and continue developing expertise in Thai massage and wellness techniques
• Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of professional Thai massage experience in a spa or wellness setting
• Current Thai massage certification or equivalent training from a recognized institution
• Strong knowledge of traditional Thai massage techniques, anatomy, and pressure point systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform massage treatments effectively throughout the workday
• Demonstrated commitment to client care, confidentiality, and professional ethics
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are preferred
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols in spa and wellness environments
• Customer service excellence and a genuine passion for client wellness
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain composure in a calm, therapeutic setting
