To promote and sell used vehicles as per the used car stock achieving or exceeding predefined targets and promoting company standards ensuring a high level of customer and staff satisfaction and retention. Developing positive and lasting relationships with customers
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed planned unit and profit targets
- Keep all required records up to date sales log etc.
- Carry out professional test drives with customers
- Ensure that all sales enquiries and leads are managed effectively
- Deliver vehicles where applicable in line with company and manufacturer expectations
- Maintain the quality of used vehicle displays and standards in line with company and manufacturer standards
- Professionally appraise vehicles
- Inform superior of any untoward behaviour
- Arrive consistently on time for duty
- Ensure safe working practises are always employed
- Maintain high standards of professionalism
- Ensure high levels of administration.
- Promote the working together ethos and support other team members
- Attend Daily Sales Meetings
- Attend Training when required
- Carry out other duties as required
Requirements
- High school or higher degree
- 0-1 years of experience in vehicle sales, preferably used cars, or in a similar customer-facing sales role
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and sales systems)
- Fluent English communication skills
