Job Description
1. Deliver on targeted monthly brand-wise Volume/Value Sales.
2. Achieve Budgeted Receivables/Collections (Daily Sales Outstanding) objectives for their territory.
3. Maintain harmonious PR with trade and prompt and efficient customer service at all times.
4. Maintain 100% compliance with journey plans.
5. Participate in all teamwork activities and be an effective team player at all times.
6. Achieve set KPIs on Distribution, Visibility (BDA implementation and/or share of space as per market share and planograms) and Collections.
7. Secure primary visibility in the category and explore secondary visibility opportunities to establish brand dominance (Block Displays for Top Brands).
8. Ensure all-round availability of MSL and other targeted tactical SKUs in every outlet with adequate stock pressure.
9. Manage trade returns within agreed levels.
10. Highlight near-expiry issues at least 3 months before expiry and take ownership of liquidation, while diligently following FIFO.
11. Ensure all listing and distribution of NPIs within 30 days in targeted outlets.
12. Execute all promotional/activation activities as per targeted norms and timelines.
13. Participate in and share all survey findings (price, competition, category, etc.).
14. Rigorously follow all SOPs regarding van maintenance, inventory management, cash deposits, reporting, timings, etc. Submit receipt/GRV books daily.
15. Rigorously comply with all SOPs regarding van maintenance, van load plans, inventory management, cash deposits, reporting, timings, HR, office discipline and protocol.
16. Ensure compliance with IAU guidelines regarding cash and inventory management at all times.
Requirements:
Graduate or undergraduate.
Minimum 1 year of local Bahrain market experience in van sales (without helper).
Familiar with the dynamics of the FMCG trade.
Maximum 35 years of age with good fitness levels.
Good communication skills, particularly listening, in English and Malayalam, preferably Hindi as well.
Valid Bahrain driving licence (manual transmission only).
