  • Own fund financial statements, audit deliverables, tax schedules, regulatory filings and supporting records in coordination with administrators, auditors, tax advisers, Legal and Compliance.
  • Monitor fund liquidity, cash requirements, management fees, fund expenses, investment funding, foreign-exchange exposure, subscription facilities and other financing obligations and provide forward-looking visibility on funding needs.
  • Own the financial accuracy, completeness and timely delivery of institutional-quality investor reporting, including capital-account statements, capital call and distribution notices, quarterly reports, NAV support and responses to financial due-diligence requests, in coordination with Investor Relations.
  • Produce and validate fund-level analysis of deployment, realizations, liquidity, valuation movement and performance metrics, including gross and net IRR, MOIC, DPI, RVPI and TVPI where applicable.
  • Direct, oversee and challenge third-party fund administrators, custodians, banks, valuation specialists and other service providers against documented responsibilities, service levels, control standards and reporting calendars; Bridge retains accountability for review, approval, data ownership, access, record retention, issue escalation and business continuity notwithstanding outsourced processing.

  • Build scalable fund-finance processes, systems, data standards and reporting architecture; establish controlled interfaces with administrators and corporate systems and lead automation and responsible adoption of approved AI-enabled tools with appropriate controls.
  • Lead and develop a high-calibre fund-control team, setting clear accountability, quality standards and an institutional culture of precision, integrity and constructive challenge.
