Overview: The Monitor is responsible for producing, editing, and monitoring high-quality visual content across Al-Qadsiah Club’s media platforms. This role combines video editing with graphic design and motion graphics animation to ensure engaging, on-brand content that supports the club’s media, marketing. Key Responsibilities: Edit and produce video content for digital platforms, social media, and internal use. Design and animate motion graphics for videos, campaigns, and matchday content. Create visual assets that align with Al-Qadsiah Club’s brand guidelines and identity. Monitor visual quality, consistency, and performance of published content. Collaborate with Media, Social Media, and Branding teams to execute creative concepts. Support live events, match coverage, and campaigns with timely edited content. Manage video files, assets, and archiving according to department standards. Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high creative and technical standards. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field. Experience: 2–4 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia production. Proven experience in editing and animating content for digital and social media platforms. Skills: Strong video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Advanced motion graphics and animation skills (e.g., After Effects). Graphic design skills (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, and branding. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and strong creative judgment. Fluent in Arabic and English is preferred. Certifications: Professional certifications in video editing, motion graphics, or design are an advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in sports clubs, media agencies, or entertainment environments. Experience producing matchday, highlight, and campaign content.
