As a Waiter/ Waitress at Rosa's Thai Restaurant, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in arranging seating for larger groups and accommodating special requests.
- Present the menu to guests, providing detailed explanations of dishes and recommendations based on their preferences.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, noting any dietary restrictions or special requests.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to the restaurant's service standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas throughout the service.
- Present the check to guests and handle bill payments efficiently and accurately.
- Respond to guest queries regarding the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient order preparation and timely service.
- Actively engage in upselling to guests by promoting special menu items, seasonal dishes, and beverage options.
- Gaining a thorough understanding of our restaurant's menu, including food and beverage offerings.

Requirements:
