Internal Communication:

Purpose:
To execute the day to day activities at the Warehouse

Accountability:
Are accountable for their acts and omissions.
Responsibility:
To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses.
Authority:
To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.
Responsibilities
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Take work instructions from Tally Clerks, Warehouse In charge.
- Un-stuff and stuff containers and other vehicles with team provided.
- Fill in tally sheet, track barcodes if required.
- Ensure that allotted team handles cargo with care and report any damages or shortages observed to the respective Tally Clerk.
- Participate in value addition jobs carried out at the warehouse.
- Observe safety rules and use uniform and safety shoes provided.
- Keep work place clean at all times; shut all doors, shut off all lights, fans when not required.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Follow specified systems, processes and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements/standards
- Work safely at all times, protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace
