Engineer - IT Support
Role Summary:
Provide end-user technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage IT assets, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and application support.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, network, and connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, email access, and onboarding/offboarding activities.
- Log and resolve tickets within defined SLAs.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and documentation.
- Support basic network, server, and security administration.
- Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and hardware maintenance.
Required Skills:
- Windows OS and Microsoft 365 support.
- Active Directory/Azure AD knowledge.
- Basic networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
